Co-Founder and Managing Director
With over 15 YEars of sailing experience and 4 years of leadership experience in the ship management industry, I served as the Head of HSSQE and Marine Operations for a renowned tanker owner company. I drove excellence by ensuring top-tier industry standards, customer satisfaction, and proactive loss prevention, all while overseeing seamless marine operations and maintaining a strong focus on safety and quality.
Co-founder and managing director
A seasoned maritime professional with more than 20 years in maritime industry with a Master’s license and a degree in Maritime Transport, I have extensive experience in auditing, inspections, and accident investigations. I founded and led the Nautical/Technical Department at IRI International Registries GmbH (MARSHAL ISLANDS FLAG), providing global technical support, training inspectors, and ensuring compliance. I also served as Deputy Commissioner, overseeing Flag State Inspections and audits across various vessel types. With a background in fleet safety management and ISO certification, I combine technical expertise with leadership, having also founded and managed a successful sailing school. Fluent in English and German, I also hold ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 internal auditor certifications.
